My nose is also a death sentence. I have other flaws (recessed chin, big forehead, a lot of upper eyelid exposure) but they are not as bad as my nose. I actually had a consultation with a plastic surgeon last year but he said he couldn't do it the way I wanted it. So I wouldn't be able to get rhinoplasty even if I wanted it.
