The worst hell is that you suffer but see paradise afar. This is one idea of Dante.
I present here what I do to cope with Inceldom:
AVOID LOOKING TO PEOPLE!
Literally.
Avoid looking to any people.
How?
Walk outside only heads-down, when up, close your eyes. Avoid consuming media showing people's faces. Movies are a no-no. Do not make visual contact. Sunglasses are useful for dimming and not allowing other realize eyes-closed (I wear even in classroom). Avoid going to crowded places.
These attitudes greatly improved me. I do always when possible. I am now on a new class and I do not know how any of my classmates are.
In Black Mirror's series there is a high-tech lens that blocks only people from view. I really wish it was real.
If anyone practices this or wants to, I am all open to share experiences.
Thanks for your attention!
