- Finely chop one medium onion
- wash carrots and those white carrots i dont know their name
- add enough oil to cover everything
- put on low heat until onion change color to yellow
- add tablespoon of paprika (you can use chili sauce instead)
- add tablespoon of dried vegetable mix (optional)
- add half tablespoon of salt
- pour in tomato juice (you can use canned tomato, tomato paste, fresh tomato, best to put it first in the blender)
- add half tablespoon of sugar
- let it cook on medium heat until you can clearly see oil separating from tomato and leave it few min more
- add water enough to cover chickhen and potatoes
- increase the heat and bring it to a boil
- add chopped chickhen (better with bones) and potatoes
- put on the lid and let it look until you can smash potato without force
- (optional) cook pasta of any kind, rinse under cold water, add a bit of oil and pinch of salt, you can add it to stew if you want to.
