The idea to 'attack' people is actually really simple, and there's a plausible deniability to all this, that you may have done it unintentionally.
If you see any interracial couples, or stacies, it's a good idea to let them feel some heat
I say 'attack' because it isn't really attack, just someone who needed to hurry and have obstacle (slow NPCs) in their way, some sort of a shoulder check if you will
1. Make sure it's a crowded space
2. Pretend you're hurrying up
3. Now, slam into them
4. If they go after you, just say "excuse me" or tell them to screw off
In fact they would be in the wrong to start a fight over this, as you don't 'intentionally' to do it.
