I measured 5 times at different points, they all gave me 39-41cm.
Barely above 15" is not slayer since 15" is average for a male.

I don't messure it but it's thick from the gym....short and thick neck which tbh is a bad combination.

Cope. I'm also fairly high body fat (around 20-23%), so some of it is probably fat, although I do have some muscle. I'll start training my neck as soon as I get down to 12-13%.
I don't have a pencil neck, but it's not big either. Average is 15".
That guy has a 17" neck easily.

dude 15 is still crap. I know because mine is 16.5 and it doesnt look noticeably thick at all. 18+ is real high T territory imo.
