There are only a few countries that explicitly describe "cyberstalking" as a distinct offence. The U.K. will prosecute it under the guise of "malicious communications", through the Section 1 Malicious Communications Act 1988 or the Section 127 Communications Act 2003. While the U.S. does have a federal anti-stalking statute (see 18 U.S.C. § 2261A), the feds usually go with 18 U.S.C. § 875(c), "threats to injure in interstate commerce". State-level anti-cyberstalking laws do exist in California, Illinois, and a couple of other states but don't carry the weight of the feds and are more limited in scope. If you look at these laws, though, IT's behaviour falls short of criminality.
For the 80% of IT members who are American, their speech is clearly legal under Snyder v. Phelps (2011), which held that public speech on a matter of public concern is protected by the First Amendment.
In any case, absent specific threats (as opposed to the mere vague advocacy of violence), speech on CuckTears and on this forum is perfectly legal.

In the case of IT the worst comments usually come from people that subscribe "for the cringe" because they have no interest in virtue signaling about incels, they only come to make snarky comments and get karma from those comments.
Reddit should do away with the karma system entirely.

It's been permeating into everything online even in youtube comments.
The worst are the constant pop culture references in every video and people typing "r/woosh" outside of reddit.
But twitter is bad too especially because it has gotten guys "canceled" IRL for edgy or crude posts they made online.
Most people only know of the manosphere and incels from reddit and twitter tbh and even then it's clear they don't know much except what the media and a few default feminist subs told them even though they think they know it all now.

it appears if they dox you it could potentially count as cyberstalking, so perhaps that's why no one here has gotten doxxed
Honestly, it really isn't all that common for doxxing to result in a federal cyberstalking charge, though it is possible. An international case would be even rarer.
