The housing market is a crazy hell hole and in a freaking bubble all around the world right now. Renting is ruining you, but buying will also lead you to ruin if the bubble explodes and you realize you just bought a caban in the woods for the price of a villa on the French riviera. Just think about how the very concept of "roommate", "tiny house", "nomad lifestyle" (aka being homeless in a van) suddenly became so popular these days ... Just a symptom of this crazy market. Also, interest rates are rigged against us, and the only stuffs (like cryptos) that can make you "big" money is so risky you have to be ultra cautious, which in the end inevitably fucks your gains. Making money is hard buddy boyos, unless you will inherit a castle from your grandpas like Chads (I actually know a Chad who's got it THAT easy).
