there, exactly what I said on here months ago. Is all connections. German housing market is fucked, was told by realtor that thy get 100-300 applicants per apartment. I got this one cuz connections. First got diagnosed with autism, then got social workers, and social workers used connections to get me an apartment from another female realtor lady. Its impossible to find shit without connections. Keep that in mind, life is not a meritocracy where people look around and find the good guys and galls that do all the hoo-haaing. They instead give jobs to people they trust, because these people i turn then help them down the line. Humans reciprocate naturally. Thats why its 1000 times easier for women, people trust them.
