Mine was mainly verbal, but I'd also tie in a sort of "mental/emotional" manipulative side to it: It's as if they would "set me up" in a way to try and coerce me into compromising situations, such as making me the butt of a joke. What's even worse, is that some of this came from foids which was absolutely awful, especially from this one in particular who was a major cunt.
Physically, it was mainly when I was much younger, but there was an incident in HS which I still haven't spoke of here yet because it's very brutal.

I had no friends. everyone hated me. In middle school, a group of boys cornered me after class and dragged me behind the school. They slammed me against the wall and punched me in the stomach until I couldn’t stand. When I tried to get up, one grabbed my hair and yanked me back, forcing me upright. They threw me to the ground and kicked me over and over, laughing while I lay there. Before they left, they spit on me and told me not to come to school again. I walked home in pain, bruised all over, knowing no one would believe me if I said anything.
I got bullied by a bunch of nigger children, I was stabbed, guns pointed at me, robbed, this that and the third. I hate niggers.
Brutal, female bullies are even worse than male bullies. At least my HS was a sausage fest so didn't have to deal with them too much.
Verbally bullied every day. Got attacked by a group of older boys when I was 13, I got a concussion and a chipped tooth, my dad called the police, I gave the police all of their names but they didn't face any repercussions.

It was so bad I cared more about leveling up fighting skill vs school grades. By the time I was senior high, I was feared somewhat and left alone. But no social skill development. Physical bullying stopped but was still an outcast.

In the summer of 2023, I decided to go to the movie theater at the mall to see Oppenheimer by myself, and as I stood in the lobby, I recognized a group of asshats from school who regularly picked on me. I hoped they wouldn't recognize me, but of course I was wrong, because as soon as I turned around I could see them smiling and waving at me like a bunch of retards. I immediately felt a rush of anxiety, but I pretended not to notice them and went into the theater to watch the movie. As it turned out, the fuckwits were movie hopping and thought it would be a good idea to follow me. As I sat down to watch the movie (I was about 10 minutes early), I noticed them come in and sit around me. There were about 5 of them and they were all height moggers. They immediately started talking to me like I was their "friend", asking me what’s up and what I had been doing and if "I missed them", but they being extremely condescending and it was very obvious they were being sarcastic and trying to bait me into saying something that would embarrass me. I tried to ignore them and pretend they weren’t there, but they wouldn't fucking stop and started making fun of me even more overtly and calling me names and laughing at me. One of the kids put his arm around me and that's when I had enough and elbowed him hard in the abdomen and told him to never fucking touch me again. He immediately punched me in the nose and called me a little bitch and they started beating me while two of them held me down in my seat. This went on for about a minute until some boomer sitting near us came forward and asked what the fuck was going on. I immediately took the opportunity to run out of the movie theater and then out of the mall. I had tears in my eyes. Easily the worst experience with bullying I ever had.

It all stopped when I faced my bully and hit him in his sternum, the poor guy fell to the floor and couldn't breathe anymore. I was smart, because I hit that faggot right before the doors of my bus closed so I wouldn't have to deal with the fallout. Honestly I got into trouble for beating another one of my bullies and therefore I never dealt with them physically ever again.
It was honestly really funny how I had to explain to my parents why one of my eye was blue or why my jeans always got holes where the knees are. But hey that experience built character, if my face wouldn't have gotten tenderized for so many years I'd be a fucking pussy right now.
Suffering builds darkness and to be honest I wouldn't have it any other way. If I could turn back the clock I'd probably ask for more physical pain from my bullies.
