It depends what I do. I'd I LDAR then I am lethargic but if I am outside or at the gym then I am full of energy.

Tbh, even after waking up from a nights sleep, i feel tired again. I think its mental fatigue, from just living the same empty, lonely, depressing days over, and over again.

For me it's cold weather that makes me tired for some reason. I've grown up around the equator. The days where I feel the most energetic are the ones where it's warm and i received lots of sunlight

I see, guess that makes sense
I think you’d dislike the European winter.
Now it’s around 30 degrees, in winter -10 to 5
For me the hot weather makes me just as tired, I think it’s my depression that ducks with me the most
