I dont track what i eat. I eat at weird times and i eat whatever i want. Not sure how much sugary stuff i eat. Probably not that much

I have maybe two or three sweets within a day. I stopped my consumption of eating them for the most part, but sometimes I do go on to eat several a day.

But if we are talking about sweets and shit then not too often but most of my short comings come from drinking the caffeinated Jew know as soda.
