In theory it shouldn't matter because women can't gaze inside you and look at the definition of your organs, but in practice the thought of fucking someone with severe medical issues seems kind of unnerving. For femoids who actually fuck and have infinite options it seems that diseases of the organs, diabetes, etc would reduce your SMV by quite a bit. I went to the doctor and was told the protein in my urine was a bit above what is considered acceptable, and a lot of it seems to be immune response/inflammatory proteins so I'm just gonna consider the worst case happening in case it does so it does less of a blow if/when I find out something has me screwed. Will women treat you like even more of a subhuman once something is actively killing you?

Like you said, they can't gaze inside of you. So, I think that unless your illness manifests itself in a way that is visible to the naked eye or if it can be picked up by smell, it shouldn't matter (That is if they don't already know you have an illness).

Now if they somehow do know you have a certain illness then yes, they probably would treat you like a subhuman.

I’m a diseasecel, disease is the #1 turn off, especially if it’s something visually noticeable. Even if you are internally diseased, you will most likely begin to have outward appearance of someone that is sick.

Dark circles under your eyes, acne, paleness, unhealthy looking hair, muscle atrophy, ect gives away your health. I think there is a lot of biology we don’t fully understand either, women can smell pheromones and interpret them subconsciously, wouldn’t be surprised if they can smell disease/genetics.
