In my opinion, the choice shouldn't fall completely on men. I think that some input from females (provided they are still tightly controlled) would help ensure good relationship compatibility. Perhaps rather than picking specific men they could fill out surveys to determine what kind of personality traits they would be compatible with. That way when we do pick females we pick ones that are likely to connect with us well.

Thoughts?

Yep, we shouldn't forget men are not perfect and could easily take advantage if they have too much power.

As such, the proper balance is to have would-be husbands meet with the father of the girl.

From there, the father asses his character/morals, and if he passes and the father is satisfied, the daughter can choose to marry him or not depending on whether she finds him attractive.

Of course, with all that said, this would have to be in a society that would undo the last 100 yrs of feminism, meaning the average women not having property, a job, or an education, which in turn would make it easier for men to seduce her hypergamy

I think that undoing feminism is possible, but it will be a long process. Having fathers play a role in assessment for partners could be a good idea.

None. Every single one of these foids will only want a rich man or very good looking guy.

That's why I'd want to limit the choice down to an analysis of hobbies and interests rather than any traits commonly associated with the 'quality' of the man. As much as any partner would be good I'd like to know enough about the females to choose one that might share some interests with me.

50/50 is fine by me
I just want a non landwhale loyal girl.
Is that too much to ask?
