I'm not sure how much exactly, but a few people from the 19th century so probably something meme-tier like 1/32 at most. When the Azhkenazi Jews in Central Europe were forced to adopt surnames they often took German surnames that gentiles already had along with your characteristic Goldbergs and Cohens. Look at the surname Rosenberg, a lot of Jews have it but some people who were definitely not Jews have also had it. Are you referring to Sephardic surnames though? I'm not familiar with those.

All of my great grandparents were Polish, but apparently a distant ancestor was a French deserter from the Napoleonic Wars, as far as I know I'm 100% European but I've never done a test or anything like that to confirm it.

I was taking a look at Gedmatch. I read that the 15th chromosome is related with eye color, and my North African and Portuguese ancestries show up stronger there compared to the Nordic and Slav ones. Now I see why I have dark brown eyes.
