I know genetics are still the biggest part but how much can change if we become the physically healthiest we can? Muscles, good food, posture and all?

We DO know that we have evolved to find signs of health and a strong immune system to be attractive.

Even if we don't ascend, it will make life way more bearable. I can't imagine being out of breath because of fat, and will try to avoid that.

Sometimes I wish I had the money to have the best surgeons fix my face for good.

I can't name a single fat chad

no health for your bone structure and height

I think being energetic means a lot. Nobody likes people who are constantly fatigued and tired. I do believe people are attracted to 'vitality' in that sense. But ofc Chad can be slouching and only sit on his couch doing nothing all day and women will still like him, that hasn't changed

Theoretically: Health and Looks Are tangled to eachother since height, good jaw and full hair are all good health/high T signs

Realistically:
WW3 is around the corner and getting fit now would shoot you in the foot (literally) since the only ones you’re gonna attract by then are conscription officers

Once you're past puberty there's surprisingly little that you can do except shedding off excessive weight.

That’s not true, if you’re fat you’re invisible to Women no matter what you look like. Even chads will get incel treatment if they get too fat

Being lean enough to see abs and still being ugly is truly painful.

I would say appearance is 70 percent genes, 30 percent self care. The shape and size of facial features like the jawline, cheekbones, and overall face shape are heavily influenced by genetics. Your overall body build, including height and bone density, is also largely inherited. But, on the other hand, a good diet can improve skin health, hair strength, and help you maintain a healthy weight.

Nothing except surgery will improve bones

At least for foids, I live in the hood and 30 year old women here look like they're 55 because they've spent their life living off of blue drink, flamin hot cheetos, and just generally live an unhealthy lifestyle such as smoking cigarettes indoors. And these are the ones who don't smoke crack or meth.

The difference is quite obvious. I look at pictures of women from wealthier areas and coastal areas like in nice parts of California and I'll say "damn, she looks good" and turns out she's 50.

Maybe if I drink my milk and eat my veggies I'll grow 8" to meet the 6' minimum requirement

It makes you look healthier lmao it won't make you look better in a sex appeal way though. You will still
