Illizarov < LON < Precise II < Stryde is the order of price for the different methods

As for countries -

United States : $70,000 - $120,000
Turkey : $15,000 - $40,000
Greece : $25,000 - $50,000
India : $10,000 - $40,000

Factor in visa cost, accommodation, flights and safety money as well.
