- They try to do productive work
- They work hard for their medication
- They try to stay positive cause male depression is frown upon by society
- They look up information about their symptoms to treat them better
- They turn to religion
- They join support groups

Women

- They go out to clubs and bars and get drunk
- They do drugs
- They have sex with multiple people and then complain about feeling used
- They cheat on their partners cause they don't feel loved enough
- They open up an only fans account to boost their self-esteem
- They become sugar babies to have a father figure
- They go to go found me to get money for boobjobs cause they have body dismorphia
