How many of you guys have tried the cosplay scene?

I know it’s very slut-dominated now, but when I used to actually go outside and do conventions every guy out there looked like they were having so much fun.

Even the guys on the 5 and under attractiveness scale.

So, would you do it? Would you try getting into cosplay?
I want to hear other’s opinions of why/why not!

Never tried cosplaying, but if I can get in shape and wear something decent I’ll probably try it out. Kinda want to go an anime convention sometime and check out some cosplays to see if that’ll encourage me to try cosplaying myself.

Conventions are a lot of fun if you can find the right group, away from the females prancing around in their skimpy costumes.

I usually stick near the table top games.
It’s nice most of the time

I went to one for like 10 minutes.
It’s exactly like a bar party— Drunk sluts getting with equally drunk men.
You might have a chance if you have an okay face and good social skills+very little anxiety.

I’m not much of a drinker, either, so it wasn’t very fun.
I left quite quickly.

It’s a lot of drinking, flirting, and dancing.
Females trying to whore themselves out in costume bastardizarions of comic characters.

So it could be like a regular party, just with more costumes.

I really want to try cosplay, but I don't want to do it alone. So I guess I'll never do it.

I will cosplay L from death note in the anime convention here on august with the goal to approach girls there, goal is to atleast touch their feet, of one atleast, being dressed with a cosplay will give * a pass to approach them, a excuse, while also excusing my weirdness due to the character being L, altough being 5'6 does not help. (being short in general is bad; Yukiteru was a faded idea).​

Cosplaying is good, doing cosplay is a good idea, altough not receiving worship for it is unfortunate. You will never be worshiped as a girl, neither as a man, unless you are a mosquito-type oofy doofy with tanky tummy, masculinized, which is gross. Masculine is gross, masculinity is disgusting overall, but they like, everyone likes. Stuck in a vortex, i recall the cold minimalist approach of a dark lo-fi metal album, i feel lust.
