everyday here one of the most frequent topics is suicide but according to me less than 50 % of the users attempted suicide, I am curious about how many people here seriously attempted to end their own life
I tried to drown myself when I was 10, in front of multiple people....on the shallow end of the pool so you can guess how well that went

I attempted to cut my own throat when blackout drunk once. Failed and ended up in a psych ward
I tried hanging myself. Failed.
At first i was trying blood choke since not painful. Didnt work after countless tries so i did a full on hanging once, the rope stretched down too much amd went loose.

Im too much of a pussy. If copes and education/job prospects don't work I'll kill myself when I'm 25. Nobody can kill themselves if there is an escape button: hanging often fails when people grab onto something or someone finds them; overdoses on alcohol or most drugs end up with a stomach pump, or pain leading to voluntary calls to the ER (kek). These often lead to brain damage and/or worse. If you want to die, just make sure you do it instantly, for example death by the drop instead of asphyxiation when hanging, or without pain or discomfort (escape bag or carbon monoxide). Preferably gunshot but only if you don't live in United Cuckdom:aim diagonally through the side of the skull using as high a calibre as you can find. Keep coping or go out explosively (not literally, that's stupid and will ruin incel reputation even more, leading to the banning of more sites like this). Don't kill yourself though.

I went to the kitchen once, grabbed a knife to slit my throat with, but couldn't bring myself to do it. I put it away and went back to bed. I must've cried the whole night. I haven't attempted anything ever since. It's been over 5 years now.
Several times. Hanging the support broke. Carbon monoxide poisoning 4 times but exhaust fumes turn to liquid and clog the hose up. Tried jumping off 2 story house and landed on my side just seperating my shoulder. Sleeping pills i damaged my liver i just woke up after a very long sleep. Shotgun i chickened out cuz i was worried about surviving it cuz it was a cheap little .22 not very powerful.

2 years ago I grabbed my uncle's glock 17 and pulled the trigger and it literally jammed. I thought this was a sign so I never tried again.

Probably just wasnt assembled correctly since my uncle took the time to make some modifications, but yeah I was still pretty lucky nontheless.
