If I had to guess tbh between 5000-20000, definitely under 100,000 worldwide. This site had something like 600 responses in most recent user stats, and half the users apparently have been getting kisses and sex before lol. I think many people understand the blackpill without being "incel" though, most MGTOW are basically blackpilled on female nature and like to cope that they could get foids if they wanted or something.
