Hopefully a ryzen + rtx 5080 or 5070cool, what laptop you thinking of getting? i've never had very good experinces with laptops I always run into some weird issues
Nice, I only use my other two pc's as servers they run stuff like my NAS and arrs* stack for torrenting and stuff with usenet2, I've upgraded platform on main one and used old 4th gen i7 platform for second PC in different place so i have something to cope with.
Nice, I use a ryzen 5950x on my pc with a 3090 haven't upgraded in quite sometime probably won't for a while. the 5080s are pretty solid same with the 70s a bit but don't go with anything with the 60s they really aren't worth the priceHopefully a ryzen + rtx 5080 or 5070
anything not oled is shit so also that
Not ultra wide, but one of those big Lenovo monitors.do you have a ultrawide? i've thought about getting one of those when I have enough shekels
Cool, I'll have to look into it i've been thinking about a ultrawide to get over the borders with multiple montiors and free up some space on my desk having so many monitors is a nightmare but its also nice to have everything always open at onceNot ultra wide, but one of those big Lenovo monitors.
I wouldn't have enough space for an ultrawide one.
I suppose look into it if you're losing interest with your four monitors or maybe get two ultrawide ones.
Im looking now, pretty much all the oled laptops are using xx60, oh well all gimped with 8gb vram anywayNice, I use a ryzen 5950x on my pc with a 3090 haven't upgraded in quite sometime probably won't for a while. the 5080s are pretty solid same with the 70s a bit but don't go with anything with the 60s they really aren't worth the price
yeah nvidia really screwed people in recent years with laptop cardsIm looking now, pretty much all the oled laptops are using xx60, oh well all gimped with 8gb vram anyway
I have one for .is, one for monitoring my pc one for my games and one for youtube i'm always having youtube or something playing at all times so i need a monitor for that same with games usually running something in the background and i like haivng .is on one monitor and one monitor to so I can view my pc statswhat do you use 4 for to be honest i think 2 is good 3 for certain situations but 4 i dont know why
My 1080ti from 2017 has 11gb vram, its been crazy watching every year most high high end gpus releasing with 8 or 10gbyeah nvidia really screwed people in recent years with laptop cards
True, I use a lot of vram because I like messing around with local AI and stuff and that uses a lot of vram but most games nowadays I think require more than 8gb. its honestly insane that companines haven't put more vram on these cards considering the price of vram has fallen to quite dirt cheap in recent years. It's truly just a demand thing most gamers don't use past what I think is 12gb but these companines seem to fail to realize that adding more would really helpMy 1080ti from 2017 has 11gb vram, its been crazy watching every year most high high end gpus releasing with 8 or 10gb
My usage is over 8 in a lot of games
Its 8 fucking years later
what size monitor you got? all mine are about 24-27 inchesOne.

do you duplicate your laptop screen or use you're laptop more as a desktop. I used to use a thinkpad like that where i'd just connect it to a monitor or external display and close the laptop display only using the external one worked for quite a while like that1 For xbox and 1 laptops
I have separate hdmi 2.1 to use for xbox x and laptop with separate wired keyboard and mouse, some games on xbox support mouse and keyboard.do you duplicate your laptop screen or use you're laptop more as a desktop. And laptops screen is too small to enjoy some pc games
