All day. I work a desk job (browse sites like this and 8ch when it's not busy), and use my PC regularly at home. I also play video games online alot. My only disconnected hobby is guitar playing. Usually 9-10 hours a day.

If I´m not going for a nice long walk I will be sitting in front of my screen rotting, and this is absolutely torture when we have had the warmest summer in over a decade in Denmark; and I know everyone is out having the time of their lives making good memories with friends and having sex it just makes me want to rope tbh

Exact same problem. Where I live we usually have shitty, rainy weather so I LDAR at home and lie to myself that no one else is having fun because it's shitty outside.
Right now we have a heatwave so I force myself to go outside because I get a headache if I don't and it gives me an illusion that i'm not wasting my life. OMG! It´s remarkable how similar what you describe happens to me too! There is a heatwave in Denmark too and I usually go for a 45 minutes to 1 hour walk everyday and it´s just slut after slut with tits popping out and short hotpants that reveals their soft smooth tan legs, it´s pure torture.
