How many Chads do you really think there are?

Conventionally it's put at 20% for Pareto principle or 80/20 rule. But that seems really unlikely to me. That would mean one in five men are Chads. Looking around at young men, post-pubescent to say 30-year-old looking, I just don't see that at all.
