Personally I think they're quite a lot and many more than the older generations. Girls now have tinder, instagram ecc and fuck only the best guys from there.
Unless the guys get into a relationship they get no sex whatsoever.
Of course they are ashamed to say they're virgin so official statistics doesn't count in here (even anonymous ones).
I believe a good portion of guys are virgin and many more didn't have sex in the last year.

To get an idea, all my current roommates (all normie tier guys) didn't take home a single girl in the last year. You probably wouldn't say so if you lived with them because they aren't ugly
