If we consider mixed Africans as blacks (25%> white admixture), I would wager there are give or take 1000 blacks currently alive on planet Earth with an IQ greater than or equal to 160

Excluding Africans with significant white admixture, the number of 160+ IQ blacks globally will probably be in the several hundreds

Using the definition of IQ as being a normal distribution with mean 100 and standard deviation 15, 0.003167% of the population has IQ equal to or greater than 160.

Given that there are about 1.6 billion "black" people, this would suggest that about 47,000 black people have IQ of at least 160.

BUT this assumes that the average black person is as smart as the average human, which we know isn't true statistically due to lack of education in Africa (and perhaps biology).

So the upper bound to this question is 47,000 but realistically the true answer must be much lower.

Personally I would guess the true answer is around 3,000-5,000 (not counting mixed people).

Personally I would guess the true answer is around 3,000-5,000 (not counting mixed people).

If you account for both genes and environment ( vast majority of blacks are also malnourished on top of genes), the true answer could conceivably be less than 1000 globally

I honestly care much more about their criminality and ability to integrate into a civil society and make it higher trust. There's a reason Black people are often associated with criminality in many places in the world. There's a reason why the meme of living in a Black neighborhood persists.
