I have a cousin who has only a high school diploma and he has his own business. He owns a tour company. He was never book smart. He was always failing his classes in high school and even dropped out for two years. He graduated from high school when he was 20 years old, but he's doing better than people with a STEM degree.
I've read the bell curve and the authors suggested that people with a low IQ tend to drop out of high school. It's pretty contradictory. You see these real-world examples and then read something completely different in the literature.
Countries like Syria and Egypt were global powers back in antiquity but their current population doesn't score high in IQ tests. South Korea was a shit hole during much of its history.
If white people are intelligent, why have people from white countries voted for politicians that don't have their best interest at heart? it's fair to assume that a high IQ population would vote for the most competent and capable politicians. But that's not what we have seen lately.
Who's going to be successful in life: a person with an IQ of 105 or an individual with an IQ of 120? there's no way to know!
People love to talk about blacks being stupid, but there are black countries in the Carribean that are doing better economically and socially than many European countries. It's another case of discrepancy between the data provided by academia and real-world examples.
