I joined a Rec league to try and meet people but it got shut down. I got a high five from my female teammate when I scored in a match. I'm basically a slayer. To be honest, I really don't know how to meet people outside of school. If I couldn't meet people in college, there's probably not much hope after it anyways.
I'm really at a loss. Even without the lockdowns I don't know how to make friends. I was only able to make a few friends in HS and those people are all hundreds of miles from me. We barely hung out back then and we barely speak now though. I truly am a lonely individual.

Nobody tells you how to make friends as an adult. As a young kid it was so easy we we're all innocent and young and had no concept of a social hierarchy we just wanted somebody to play Lego or tag with regardless of their looks, race or social ineptitude. But then puberty and High School had to happen. Eurgh I wish it was still that easy.

Now finding friends is almost as hard as finding a relationship. You have to somewhat have Chad qualities.

I attended a theater related one. Gained acquaintances from a lot of age groups. Some were even in their 40's and 50. The youngest member in my theater class was 17 I think.

I also occasionally play airsoft.

However, I am personally an introvert so I rarely hang out with these people outside the club.

But yeah, some clubs can surprisingly get you up top. Some people you meet and connections you make are pretty useful in the future. Even if you don't make any "real friends(?)" you will get to know some interesting people.
