How I started my day today: Woke up at 1 pm, got out of bed at 7pm, cooked some breakfast, and slopped while watching some normie entertainment, went to bed at 1 am, repeat tmr hopfully

2. Coom while still in bed
3. Feel like complete and utter shit from nutting
4. Walk out of bedroom like a zombie, no energy whatsoever
5. Smoke
6. Go lay back down, scroll through .is
7. Doomscroll on X or watch YouTube
8. Eat lunch (I usually skip breakfast)
9. Lay down and think of imaginary foid laying next to me again
10. Dinner
11. Coom again
12. Smoke after cooming (I probably had 10-15 cigarettes at this point)
