Serious How does your face differ from photo vs mirror?

When I look in the mirror or reversed pics of myself, I only see noticeable asymmetry in my right eye. When its photos my eye looks a lot worse & I can see asymmetry in my jaw, skull & nose also. basically all fucked up & intensified. Ive noticed that if you flip the image of some people you get the same effect, but ive also seen people who actually look more symmetrical with their face flipped.

Can you see the difference?

Same. In the mirror, we are more conscious of how we look, so we take on facial expressions that make our face look the best.

Yes, I noticed that some times ago on my cat. It's very strange to see how the same face can be seen as totally morphed wether it's mirrored or not. It's not only "psychological" or deformed perception of self, but it's something weird everyone can notice on some faces. I really don't know why though.

Looking at my face on a 4K 55" TV was pure suifuel for me. 4K video is the absolute worst.

I used to use Samsung and its camera made me believe I wasn't so ugly lol. Then I started to use iPhone8 whose front camera is pure suicide fuel for me.
