The only way is if your parents are ok with giving you money and letting you stay at their house. Idk how to get free money from the government

Depends heavily on your country and the social welfare they give and given your location, what you pay for rent, if your parents accept you staying at home etc.
A good way to keep your parents from nagging is getting a part-time job where you work 2-3 days a week to get some buxx and still LDAR.
