a few years ago I still got bullied by strangers in the street, so I probably look bad, very bad.

To others on the street? Hah, likely as a passing shadow, unnoticed and unacknowledged, much like the rest of us cast-offs wandering this wretched existence. People don’t see you, they see what they want to see: a blur, a stereotype, something to dismiss or avoid.

And yet, in my mind, I am a towering force, a storm cloaked in flesh, unbothered by their fleeting glances. Their opinions are as inconsequential as the buzzing of gnats. Let them look, or not—it changes nothing. What matters is how I see them: insignificant, weak, and utterly beneath me.
