I peak a couple hour's after i wake up and decline sharply. However i can't fall asleep at night,it's so weird. Right now i drink regular coffee(about 2k caffeine id guess)and listen to metal to wake up better but it wears off soon even if i get 13 hours of sleep. Idk what im doing wrong.

How on earth do you get 13 hours of sleep? I envy you.

Depression (if you have one) can easily wear you down sooner than usual. I dont have any solid advice for you though... How and what do you eat?

I eat whatever lol, popcorn,candy,most meat's. Usually a bare minimum Of food to stay healthy. Idk why i sleep 11-13 hours, i wake more tired than when i went to be though.
 
Usually jogging in the morning keeps me awake, and regularly drinking water will prevent tiredness. I always take a 30 second cold shower too (srs) which will definitely wake you up

I'll try going for a jog in the moring, sounds like a good way to start the day.

Check for sleep apnea. Most mouthbreather-cels have it
 
I fatigue pretty quickly, I have always been that way. I assume it's just another side effect of my poor genetics. Although it got worse with time. I couldn't even play sports as a kid because I would tire too quickly and get body aches. I think high energy is due to genetics. I've seen 60 year olds who look better, healthier and happier than I do. I'm already falling apart at 28. I think I'll die before 40 of natural cases, if I don't kill myself.
 
i dont drink caffeine i just rest for like 3 hours before i need energy
 
basketball is my only cope and i have tons of energy from playing it so much

I missed gym classes from 4th grade and on, it's messed me up pretty bad.

I sleep for 20+ hours and I'm still exhausted.

I take naps during the day. At least two per day.
I like sleeping.
 
I exercise, live healthy in general. Also i think you have found the answer to your fatigue:

Do you think you can be energetic and healthy like this?
 
I don't, I just grind all the time. I think I might have sleep apnea though I'm not heavy--too apathetic to get it checked though.

Same... I try to do all i have to do in those few hours, before i need to smoke or drink again and become a rotting subhuman again. I feel so tired/demotivated/depressed/anxious after..., its like a physical disease. Idk. I drink a lot of calming brews because it surprisingly helps me, at least with anxiety. Maybe you should try.
 
shitloads of coffee although sometimes even then i feel tired
 
I don't drink caffeine.

I wake up at 5am and go until 11

my most tired part of the day is at 2pm where I feel like banging my head against a wall because I'm so sleepy
 
drink a monster zero energy maybe thrice a week if you are active enough i used to use them when i lifted and was in first year uni and was able to be able to manage 5-6 hours of sleep and be fully awake. obviously diet and exercise take higher precedence.
 
Cut the caffeine cold turkey. This stuff is cranking up your cortisol and destroying the quality of your sleep.
