In real life, by approaching a foid and observing her behaviour. If they will instantly try to not look at you (lost interest due ugliness after 14ms) or try to cross the street even if it would cause them to get hit by a car then you are a truecel like me.

There is looksmax.org, but the ratings there are incredibly off with their standards, giving inaccurate measurements.
