how do you get a job if you have no social life, and how do you get promoted from a minimum wage job if you have no social skills?

Before my current job Personal managers got annoyed by me changing Highschool 4 times and doing odd jobs before college.
What did I do?
Gone to 1 Highschool only, then did a so called "Social Year" which companies love young people to do, then told them I worked between 2018 and late 19 in a single retail job (reality is I had close to a dozend jobs in these two years).
Also I told them I had applied to hundreds of training/apprentanceship jobs - which isnt a lie.
In fact the reason i went to college was because I got sick trying to get an apprentanceship.
I literally got confused after dozend talk to a Manager group in a company after doing all kinds of odd Tests.
I got annoyed with constantly doing Tests and driving around the whole fucking country trying to get a job.
Lmao i certainly did it wrong. In my home town alone i tried to get something in what would have been 200 companies. Eventually I gave up on my dream job (which is gonna be a redundant profession soon) it was "Media Artist Digital and Print" couldn't get a fucking apprentanceship for it.
Too many other Highschool grads applied for them jobs. I went into different sectors but those were just as bad were I live.
Connections is everything these days no joke. It's all there is.
I remember a case were a father paid a company thousands of euros under the table for his son to be taken for a Apprentanceship as a Bank clerk.

If it wasn't for my Dad helping me get my job when I was 16 I probably wouldn't ever had worked. Maybe your parents could help?
Getting promoted from a minimum wage job is pointless and basically impossible. You need to have a good degree and get an entry lvl job where you can grow in. Flipping burgers at mcdonalds for minimum wage hoping they will promote you isnt happening.
Fucking exactly. Work a job that's actually meaningful and takes some skill to do. Don't dick around at dead end jobs thinking its gonna take you somewhere. Learned that shit the hard way
If you do end up dicking around at a dead end job I highly suggest you save every paycheck. When you have money you can tell em fuck off n leave and not have to worry about surviving for a while.

Easier said than done, higher pay higher skill jobs typically mean worse hours, worse working conditions, and much higher rates of injury and death.
plus the negative n harmful effects of lookism in the workplace
Even the corporate guys who are making $300,000+ hate their lives/stress/high pressure job and want to die. No one is making it out of this vertical. You can get educated and learn skills that way it doesn't have to be all with hands.
