problem is every time i have stood up for myself you get ostracised even more, then when you press more, they press the destruct button and make up reasons for firing you.

I had one middle aged man running around saying i had threatened him, and crying like a girl to the manager to get me fired, it was simultaneously hilarious and pathetic at the same time.

I simple said once very firmly to him when he was trying to annoy me, you havent seen me angry yet mate, thats it and they trumped up load of bollucks and fired me.

I put up with it for awhile and if it doesn't stop, I leave. Don't care much but it's more about self respect at this point. I could bring it to HR I guess but snitching is petty and will just make people lash out more. If they don't respect your contributions then suck it up or find an employer that will. That's all you can do, realistically
