Sounds like typical depression. I recently started to take high dose niacin and I actually feel better. My anxiety is a bit better and my mind doesn't ruminate on negative thoughts all the time, even though they still occupy my mind often. I urge you to try it, niacin isn't too expensive. Look it up and start by low dose because it gives you a flush
