Sri Lanka has the biggest male suicide rate which is 58.8 to 100.000 people. This is like 0.05% of men killing themselves. If you consider that like 10% of men are incels (being very conservative with the estimation here) and that suicide rates are most common among incels, you could get something like 0.1% of incels killing themselves, which is still very low.
