Serious How do I photoshop words onto a verification paper with a specific username onto a selfie of a girl?

I'm not too good with this shit. I'm trying to get a femail selfie to have a specific username written on it and the current date. I'm not a technology person. I'm dumbcel. I tried before and it looked fake as shit. Anyone know how to do this? If not, i'll have to do it the old fashion style - find a bra, socks, toilet paper, and take it myself. If you're wondering why I want to do this, you'll find out if it works!
