How Do I Lose Weight

Eat less, exercise more

I cant Run Man.

Try walking.

Or even if you can't walk, just eat less. First, get an estimate for the amount of calories you burn in a typical day. Then?

Well... ideally it would be best to get a body fat percentage estimate. If you can. Bod Pod or DEXA, but that's not available to everyone else. But if you DID know how many pounds of your body was pure fat, what I would do is take that number and multiply it by 31. That's the amount of calories you can afford to burn in a day. 31 calories per pound of body fat.

If you can't get your body fat percentage accurately estimated? Uhhhhh... just try eating a lot less. And drinking a lot more water.

eat 500 or 1000 under your maintenance

Hear some say cut out the carbs and sugar. Was 404 managed to get down to 300 no sugar, chips, red beans, rice, tortillas, Phenteramine is your go to drug that is killer for weight loss. Tons of energy but you end up sleeping just 6 hrs a day. Your body will get sore but you will never get tired. Caffiene boosts the effects. Weight loss doctor or your normal doctor if you lie to them about back pain then mention you heard of phenteramine. If your main doctor can give it to you. You save more money instead of going to a weight loss clinic.

Thanks bros, I Will See if My Body Allows me to. 30 Mins Of Walking should be fine.

Food has calories. Calories are a unit of energy. Just being alive consumes calories, and if you exercise, your body will consume even more. When you eat something, but you don't need the energy right away, your body will store that energy as fat.

This means that if you want to lose weight, you just have to eat less calories than the amount of calories you consume. Figure out what your TDEE is, which is a measure of how many calories you burn given your height, weight, age and activity levels, and eat ~500-1000 less calories than that every day. If you track the calories of everything that you eat, you're guaranteed to lose weight.

Walking isn't a bad idea, but make sure you don't end up consuming more calories than the ones you burned because you felt hungry afterwards. 80% of weight loss is about what you eat.

I'm over explaining but I know a lot of people that don't understand this.

Eat less, exercise more
while true on a basic level I think a more complicated answer is warrantd for long-term health and longevity

IE if he stops eating protein and his muscles eat themself his metabolism will lower and he'll lose te wrong sort of weight and end up skinnyfat and can't even ogremax or powerlift

walking is a thing you do for "active recovery" it should never be the core of your routine EVER because it doesn't gradually increae resistance levels

Get a depression.

Reduce amount of calories you consume while increasing amount of calories spent exercising. Example, walk more, especially uphill.

????.:lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul:
Eat 300 less. To stay both healthy (not hungry all the time) and at the same time losing weight.

depends on your current state, tell us what your life is like OP
I was taking a good look on my old threads and it's been 4 years since an update regarding my weight loss journey but I'll tell you right away I am still pulling the same weight (95kg). I do occasional strolls around my town (totaling an amount of 7km each day). What can I do in order to get back to my ideal weight (which is around 75kg as I felt so good on that amount of weight many years ago), considering I'm 183cm tall and 24 years old?

I really want to lose this excess fat as soon as possible before it's too late.

:feelsclown: I'll lose my muscle in the process. It has to be done slowly I believe. I don't want to starve myself to death.

Anorexicel here, former fatcel. Literally went from 32 BMI to 16 BMI at my heaviest and lightest.
Weight loss is entirely calories in vs calories out. Eat less.
Using this maintenance calculator, your maintenance is about 2,600kcal before any kind of exercise. Three meals a day at 600kcal (easily doable, use a calorie tracker app) each would put you at an 800kcal deficit. Also, cardio is a meme, and you barely burn anything. Lifting burns weight MUCH quicker, though I never went to a gym and halved my weight in less than a year.
Unhealthy method is to dry fast. I was losing 6kg a month by not drinking or eating, but maybe don’t do that lmao

I don't know how to lose weight as a whole lowering the BMI for my height but lately my belly has been shrinking and my lats have been growing and I can do more chinups so pretty sure the BF% went down and my LM% went up

Literally eat less and exercise more bruh thats it

Just do intermittent fasting. Only eat for a period of 3-6 hours per day. Fast for the rest of the day. Stick to this and the weight will fall off. Just drink water the rest of the day to fill your stomach. You don't need to count calories or anything. And you'll get used to it and feel good doing it.

Alright. What about muscle loss? I used to fast many years ago and my body literally ate away my arm muscles.

Lift and eat plenty of protein. Buy some cheap weights to use at home, so you can lift easily every day.
