The only way to lose your high inhib is to rope, the only cosmetic procedure getting performed on you after that is going to be embalming.

Ya already gl enough to slay boy.

Sliding genioplasty. I need to get braces and bsso later in life to fix my overbite.

If you don't get it soon it will really be over. The faster you get it the better. Agepill will hit you if you don't hurry up.

you dont need low inhib for a surgery? just tell them the surgery you want.

Just do your research. Extensively. Compare options. Even reach out to the surgeons themselves and ask "what do you think of Dr. X, will he be able to help me?" Listen to how they respond to provocative questions.

Ultimately, if you're not ready for surgery, then don't push yourself. For me, my first treatment was medical, my second was billed as medical but was largely superficial, and they took out 4 and 3 weeks out of my life, respectively. I couldn't function on my own or even leave my house for most of that time due to the severity of my facial injury and the requisite rehabilitation. Just saying this to make it apparent that it IS okay to be worried, anxious, scared, whatever. Just do your research and make the leap when you're ready. If you're not ready, then don't.

I'm in the same situation. Getting the money is actually the easiest part.

Let's face it: we're not that unhappy with the way we look. In some manner, being ugly is reassuring to a part of our brain. Maybe as a cover story that explains why we are lonely or failures?

But I do plan on seriously researching surgeons this year and going through with it.

It's important to not rush it, though, because I know a guy whose life was seriously harmed by bad cheap surgery.

Choose surgeons that are aged 45 to 58 (top experience/agility), specialists in the chosen surgery, and don't do it in the third world unless you're desperate.

I'm aiming for a rhino + a chin advancement (implant/genio), that would instantly increase my looks from 2/10 to 5/10 (my dolicocephaly is very aggravated by my weak chin) and make my daily life far less stressful

Ideally I'd also need a blepharo to fix Buscemi eyes

I hate the perspective of spending more than $15,000 on cosmetics, though - it feels "wrong" (like, aren't African children starving meanwhile? I have stockholm syndrome on the subject of plastic surgery. I also fear bad results)

I got 3 moles removed from my face and it went really well. My skin is clearer now and I'd say I improved about .5 points. Do it man, find a good doctor and go in. It's their job to work with you and to treat you right. You'll feel a lot better trust me. Most people who get plastic surgery always wonder why they didn't do it sooner.
