This is not true I have seen even wide fat Indian guys who are 5.5 or so and they look a bit scary like you don't wanna mess with them you need big arms and shit if you're short
If you are the same height/shorter than them you will find them scary, though i know that most people are scared by ethnics because they tend to chimp out in public for no reasons more easily. If i had bigger arms i would look like a goofy cartoon character because of my wrists.
