Maybe cut down on the alcoholism a little. I am hardly one to talk and I get drinking away problems but major alcohol withdrawals suck got them twice before both times just took 10mg of diazepam (they wanted to give me 20mg) took 1 pill home with me and felt like shit in my own bed for two days. IDC about the feeling like shit part, its the potential danger of alcohol withdrawals, kindling effect and excitotoxicity (give far less fucks about my other organs) I worry about.

yes but trying to limit myself to weekends the last major withdrawals where recent too so would not say my limiting counts for much in a matter of a few weeks.
