STart of with a basic strength program like 5x5 where you do your compound movement (bench deadlift squat) for 5 sets of 5 reps at around 80% of your one rep max, after that do 5x1 at 90-95% of your max, thats a good way for quick strength gains.
 
Run a bodybuilding program if you want big arms. I've got good results on This One just make sure your gradually getting stronger and getting heavier overtime.

Genetics matter more than effort
Genes matter more then effort + training combined. Some guy with elite strength genes can run a basic bodybuilding program and be stronger in a year or 2 then someone with bad or average genes who has ran countless of strength based powerlifting programs, sad reality.
 
Well, I’d caution you against taking supplements.
Most of them are garbage.
You pay a lot of money for very little benefit.
Just try to eat a lot of real food.

I’d recommend plyometric exercises for the majority of your strength work.
It’s an unpopular opinion, but this type of exercise builds decent power.

For actual fighting skills you have to do combat sports.
If you want to look intimidating you have to lift weights.
Remember people are shallow and are gonna judge you by what you look like you can do and not for what you can actually do.
