I have no training or experience and I'm already in my mid twenties, how do I get a job without knowing anyone (networking)? My country doesn't have good safety nets so neeting isn't an option anymore, but when I try to apply through online processes it's like swiping on tinder, I just get ghosted or at most have an AI 'interview' that leads nowhere and is probably just collecting my data

Not anymore. They literally never have jobs or at most they just set up interview giving the fucking employers a choice in hiring you or not. They don’t just give you a job

What I did was become self employed and only deal with shop owners to sell my stuff. (Pretty rocks)

I know others that were handymen, yard grass cutters, gardeners, homemade craft jewelry and (Stone) carvings, leatherwork, furniture movers, painting - inside & out! (Big money)

the only only limit is you're local economy. What is needed? What is wanted?

Look up a union near you and ask them about doing something like plumbing, hvac, working on wind towers, ect.

But for long term stuff. Best bet is to find or make a job that never ends. Like cutting grass...

It sucks ass but you could try gig work if your country has that sort of thing. Also I hate AI/prerecorded interviews with a passion, as if the application process wasn't dehumanizing enough.

Also you could try some job that literally doesn't require past experience, like being a mail carrier. I wouldn't recommend it though
