I have been seriously lifting for the past several days and I can see improves but it’s kind of day by day, is there a way I can speed up the process.
 
first cut then bulk
 
take a multi and lift heavy
 
It takes months to get big gains, i think 100gr of mass a week is normal, eat a lot of food with natural steroids like spinach and probably creatine although I haven't tested it yet

Lean meat is shit. Eat fatty meat, dairy, coconuts, eggs for a high T diet

For dairy do you think supplements are okay like I can take calcium vitamins or smth, I rarely drink milk cause I get too gassy and shit everywhere :feelshaha:

getting muscles is expensive and timeconsuming

a surgery would be more efficient and cheaper

just stay thin and healthy and get some musclemass you can maintain naturally
