In a few days I'm going into enter Uni and I'm feeling stressed and anxious af. How do I keep myself calm?
 
You cannot control factors outside of yourself. If you go to university it's for studymaxx. You will see couples, normies, foids and chads sexhaving.

You literally can't do anything. It is not a cope, but, in a certain way, it gives peace to know that it never began. The pain of casual social interactions will cool down to sheer indifference.

Better than living like a complete antisocial autist

You dont, My head almost exploded in the classroom due to anxiety at 1rst day in college
 
If you constantly try to LARP as a normie and forcefully participate in their social gatherings then you’ll feel relentlessly left out, always stressed and unreasonably anxious. Embrace your suffering instead and you’ll see wonders. Only way to make yourself prone to resisting social anxiety and embarrassment in the outside world is through acceptance.
