I used to be high inhib to the point where my heart would race even if someone raised their voice at me. These days I'm more than willing to straight up shout in people's faces if they start on me, but there is still a reluctance there, still anxiety in the back of my head. I'm still anxious if I think people are looking at me.
Low inhibcels here, how did you do it? How did you become an ascended low inhibcel?

its the Dominance hierarchy which they stomped in your brain since you hit puberty .
Its very , very hard to fight yourself out of this .
 
I guess it doesnt appear overnight .
You have to train it just like any ohter skill ,
slowly push the envelope .
Start by singing or rapping songs you hear on your speakers or headphones on public ,
next , start a fight with a sttanger fight club style next dance in the street next go completely naked and run down the street ( or go slowly ) where everyone can see your micropenis , and do it with a puffed out chest and a smile .
Jumping into cold water is the best you can do .
Desensitize yourself til you cant feel fear anymore .

This is not a weekend trip ,
this is a way of Life .

It starts by interacting with people and not being afraid to look silly.

High IQ. JFL if you think fear of rejection/social inhibition is not an adaptation of being made fun of during developmental years. That is what shapes our personality. This is why a lot of incels have anxiety/autism/avoidance because we were bullied during/before puberty.

The incels who don't have those problems were probably left alone. The mentalcels were most likely bullied during puberty also but ended up being late bloomers in their early 20's, but they still have the mental scars from being bullied.
