Male microchimerism in the human female brain - PubMed

Targeting the Y-chromosome-specific DYS14 gene, we performed real-time quantitative PCR in autopsied brain from women without clinical or pathologic evidence of neurologic disease (n=26), or women who had Alzheimer's disease (n=33).
We report that 63% of the females (37 of 59) tested harbored male microchimerism in the brain. Male microchimerism was present in multiple brain regions.
Results also suggested lower prevalence (p=0.03) and concentration (p=0.06) of male microchimerism in the brains of women with Alzheimer's disease than the brains of women without neurologic disease.
In conclusion, male microchimerism is frequent and widely distributed in the human female brain.
If 63% of these 59 ladies extends as a pattern in the wider population, it seems too high to be accounted for by stuff like absorbing a male twin in utero, or maybe your mom's womb having leftover DNA from a foid's older brother.
One of the theories seems to be that maybe the Y-chromosones present in sperm might cause this, but it's confusing to think about. What would be the name of the mechanism that would carry DYS14 and other genes from males all the way from the vagina up to the brain? On what molecules would it hitch a ride?
Also I'm wondering if unprotected vaginal sex is the only explanation here. Would it be any more or less likely to get up there via anal sex with a woman?
Could cum be absorbed through her skin? My guess is the external skin would be less likely (so bukkake and hand jobs would be more resistant) but not impossible (people absorb topical remedies after all).
I imagine inside the mouth would be more vulnerable than outside. Think for example sublingual medications which are put under the tongue for fast absorption to the brain, rather than swallowed. Melatonin pills, for example, are often taken this way (though there are time-release ones you swallow too).
Swallowed cum my guess is actually less likely to cause this due to damage from stomach acid denaturing the proteins/DNA. It might be the women who slosh cum around in their mouths for a long period of time (as opposed to immediately swallowing or immediately spitting out) who actually absorb it.
I have no idea how viable that theory is though. It all depends on how small the chemical conveyance of these genes is, and whether or not the molecules could somehow make it to the brain and be adopted by the cells there to become hybrids.
Please present criticism and counter-arguments if you can find them. Be skeptical, I don't want an echo-chamber.
