How did you discover the incel community?

I discovered it while going through a deep depression at the end of my freshman year. I had accidentally discovered (((MGTOW))) and thought they were gay as fuck. I looked at their Encyclopedia Dramatica page and found out who Elliot Rodger was. I read his manifesto and realized how much I could relate to him. I kept googling "Why don't girls like me?", "How to deal with being ugly", "Kissless virgin" etc. and kept coming across Reddit entries that led me to r/incels. This was a couple months before it got banned.

Match.com, way pre-Tinder. Out of, iirc, 200+ messages, she was one of the few who replied. Couldn't believe my luck as a very bluepilled guy at the time.
