Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I coped by working out. Also, for like the 3 years leading up to prom, my family kept taunting me about not having a girl by saying that I should bring my grandma. They said it jokingly as a literal reminder and an urge for me to find a date, as if it was plausible. That was very annoying.

But I do remember that it was obviously a huge deal. Some people tried to secure dates years in advance. It was covered in local newspapers. Everyone talked about it for the next week. Even the teachers talked about it. But, of course, an Incel couldn't experience it anyway.

Now that I think about it, prom is degenerate. It is literally encouraging 16-17 year olds to go get drunk and lose their virginity at an after party or hookup if they're not virgins. Repulsive. I know one girl who lost her virginity to a hookup that night. Treacherous.

Whatever. Don't care now. Modern "relationships" are a JOKE

I ran away from home before prom happened, in April of senior year.

I went to it with a Stacy who asked me out to it because she knew I was not a "threat" at all. She had a bf at the time but he was older so she went with me.

I didn't go to prom and didn't really care. I wasn't incel back then though I doubt I'd have found a date. My social group wasn't into things like prom. I was too busy partying and shit to care about what everyone else was doing

I went alone and danced with every girl whos boyfriend was not around that moment. I hate social interactions but love dancing so I didn't have problem with asking girl to the dancefloor but if I had to talk with her it'd be a disaster.

I literally never danced with a girl ever. After one middle school dance I was too scared to go back. Then I went to homecoming senior year, but I was too scared to ask a girl to dance. It was torture.

I really don't think I'd be scared now, since I'm blackpilled. But I also don't care now, and wouldn't want to waste my time with such things.

nothing to be ashamed of, I did a lot of pathetic things which required a lot of courage

Ugh super ogre, brah.

I skipped prom (no date, too ugly and obese lol), but went to a couple of after parties and did a bunch of drugs.

Fuckin smooth bro, that's impressive

keep the dancing up, some may make fun of you on here, but it might just get you a girl

I asked a girl out to prom, she initially said yes and I bought my ticket but then she cancelled. Another girl I sat next to found out I had my ticket but no date, and asked me out. We went to prom together but I pussied out and didn't go to the after party. Now I'm here.

That's cope tbh.

I used to work at a dance studio. Yes there are hot girls there. Yes you dance with the women that come.

But most of the clients are middle-aged or old women who want to dance with a young guy and feel good about themselves. Most are still married.

The other dancers you work with are mostly Stacie and Stacielite. The relationship is purely platonic and professional even if you do an intimate dance with them, it's obvious where you stand as soon as it's over. It's actually pretty suicide inducing, to hold a woman tightly, her hot breath on your neck, your face inches away from her, but it's all manufactured and you can't act on any of it if you're not Chad.

Speaking of Chad, the most brutal mogging happens at a dance studio if you're an incel.

Now, if we're talking about being outside of a dance studio and in real life, the kind of dancing that you do at prom/in a dance studio doesn't apply to clubs where people get laid unless you go to a Latin club or something of that nature, and if you do go to a specific dancing club like a salsa club or something of that nature, you're still an incel in the end and your dancing doesn't mean shit because everyone there can dance. Women will dance with you but it won't lead to anything because they will still see your face.

I genuinely never gave a fuck about proms. I wanted and want to stay the fuck away from them.

I had to work on the Prom Night lol.
I worked, got back home and went to sleep, that's it.

It wasn't even a big deal not going. IDK

Oh god my prom night will be pure suicidefuel

didn't think about it, don't know when it was.

I didn't go so it had no effect on me. And lets face it I couldn't get a date either even if I tried.

Where did you go? How long did you manage to get away from home for?

On my prom night i was thinking of going down there and crashing it. Then i realised it was pointless. I sat at home playing Halo 2 knocking back a few cans of banks until 3 in the morning.

I stayed at a friends' house a couple of states away for 3 days before getting my own place. I stayed there for nearly a year, and continued living independently after making peace with my family for another 9 years after that. I moved back home this year because of financial issues regarding my stipend and federal aid not going through properly.

Never went. Doubt I missed out on much.

At junior prom, your first story happened to me, except I didn’t buy the ticket first because even though I never browsed incel websites, a girl had canceled on my friend and he gave me a small dosage of black pill advice.

At senior prom I got a date like a normie. Unfortunately didn’t escalate. Also got to dance with my oneitis but that also went nowhere.

i remember on prom night i did the exact (may 2017):

went to the gym (hit a new pr on bench so was super happy)

bought a medium pizza from pizzahut and mozarella sticks (3000 calories kek)

watched interstellar and gladiator (both awesome movies)

played vanilla wow until 9 in the morning

the most sui fuel was the girls trying to think of ways to propose to chads to ask them to prom. i asked a girl and got denied lol, so i didn't go (i tried asking her out 2 years in advance to go out for coffee but she rejected so i thought lifting would fix it, but you can't fix a manlets body)

I dropped out sometime beforehand.

Prom is a tradition that needs to die already, it's nothing but an expensive popularity contest that encourages students to date and compete socially.

Didn't go, didn't want to waste my money, didn't even care about it

Thank goodness I'm not from the US and there was none of that crap here.

I went to the fucking prom every year (christmas gala, in europe we have it every year). of course i didnt get a date in any year. one year i asked a girl out who i didnt even like (she was a turkcel, if she was a guy would be incel for sure) and i still got rejected lol, every1 told me she liked me but it was a joke.

dont know why i still went, i guess i tried to dance with others since i wasnt the only subhuman there. but it was suicide fuel for sure

Some sort of dance party where every boy has to come with a girl at the end of last year of high school in America.
Pure sui fuel for incels who obviously don't find a willing girl.
Conversely, pure parade for chad & stacy.(probably originated the memed names anyway as chad is associated with a football team captain and stacy with cheerleaders)
This kind of event truly confirms and sets your place in the social pecking order in stone for life.

is there a way they can avoid to go to prom?

Of course, it's not compulsory but everyone will know why you didn't go.
It's like not having FB because it shows your lack of social proof or not having LinkedIn because you have no good career track record to show for.

Yeah, prom is the biggest moment of a teenager's life, at least right up there with getting a license. It is the most anticipated dance, people look forward to it from middle school onward. There are songs and movies about prom. Local newspapers cover prom. Everyone is supposed to get a date and dance with someone who likes you. Most will also get drunk afterwards and some will have sex.

It is degenerate. It encourages 17 year old to have hookup sex. Revolting.

SHAYTAN invented prom, I am sure of it

Didn't have one, there was a school disco leaving party though and I remember this pretty popular girl who creased up her face as I walked past her. She assumed I was going to ask her to dance and as I was close she kneed me hard in the leg and I limped into the corner nearly in tears! I was rubbing my thigh and watched everyone else having fun, making out, hugging and dancing all night.

ahhhhhhhh that's why school-shooting is a thing in usa....
